These are a collection of wordsearches of high frequency words for grades 1 and 2. There are four for each grade / year. The wordsearches also feature some images linked to some of the words in the activities so children can make links / have a light break from searching for the wordsand keep them engaged on the activity. These activities reinforce spellings, help strengthen child’s vocabularly, emphasise pattern recognition, and they are great for practicing drawing lines!

These are great activities for football fans and those learning about the game. This pack includes a 54 word wordsearch puzzle containing key terms relating to the beautiful game of football (‘soccer’ to some of you.) The match-up activity requires the matching up of the definitions to the 20 football key terms such as assist, dribble, kickoff, offiside :) Answers for the matching activity included.

This pack contains 4 separate activities. The first is a 2-page activity, for which the kids need to name, trace and then design (colouring, painting, glittering etc) each of the featured dinosaurs (grey silhouettes). There is a table of names on page 2 which the kids can use to help them name the dinos. A file with the dinosaur silhouettes and their names is included. The second two activities are wordsearches. This is a great resource and sold so well during the time of the World Cup 2018. But your kids would still thoroughly enjoy this even if they don’t have a love for football/soccer. This is a great bundle to get into the mood of the UEFA Champions League - Final 16, for the 2020/2021 year. In this listing there are 3 wordsearches with 25 terms in each. These will be useful as an exercise for kids to go over words and terms which they can use to enhance their written or spoken work.
